Online Accounting
Online accounting using Xero Online, Sage Business Cloud or QuickBooks Online. This will allow you to access your accounts wherever you are as long as you have an internet connection.
These packages are recognised by HMRC and will allow management of VAT and Self Assessment.
Payroll
Weekly or monthly payroll function
Setting up new starters
Processing leavers and payslips
Running payroll reports, RTI filing, year end process.
I can advise you on a monthly basis of your payment that needs to be made to HMRC.
I can also assist with auto-enrolment if required.
VAT
Assisting with VAT registration. This will either be compulsory if threshold of £85,000 has been reached or you expect to within 30 days or voluntary if it is going to be beneficial.
Filing of VAT returns using MTD compatible software. This can be done by you or I can do it on your behalf. If you aren’t using MTD compatible software I can help you get this set up by accessing a cloud based application.
You will be advised if payment must be sent to HMRC.
Online Filing
Assisting with the filing of Annual Returns to Companies House or Charities Commission and other statutory returns.
